Winter Hair Survival Guide part 3

• Be Smart With Heat Styling

Blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons are used more in winter because air-drying isn’t always realistic in 30-degree weather.

✔️ Always use a professional heat protectant.

✔️ Lower your tool temperature.

✔️ Schedule regular trims to prevent split ends from traveling.

If your hair feels dry at the ends but oily at the root, that’s winter imbalance—and we can customize a plan for you.

•Don’t Ignore Your Scalp

Healthy hair starts at the scalp.

Winter buildup from heavier products, dry skin, and less frequent washing (yes, we know the beanie trick) can clog follicles and stunt healthy growth.

Adding a clarifying treatment or scalp exfoliation once a month keeps everything balanced.  We recommend KMS Head Remedy and Milbon Scalp Shampoo to keep I  your shower.
