Sulmay's Policy & Procedure

A credit card must be kept on file in order to reserve an appointment. All personal information is kept secure within the processing system and no charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is broken.

We respectfully ask that all cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel within 48 hours you will be held accountable for 50% of your scheduled services. If you cancel within 24 hours or if you do not show up for your appointment without notice you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled services.

We allow a grace period of 10 minutes for lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and your card will be charged for the services scheduled.
- We do our best to respect your time and ask that you do the same for our time as it effects the time of our other guests
- If you feel that you need modifications after your service is complete it is our policy to allow the Stylist that you were originally with perform the modifications. We allow 1 week after the service for adjustments to be made.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Hair goals can sometimes be a journey. If you are scheduled for any kind of color service you may need multiple future sessions to get your desired color.
- Dimensional Color appointments usually last between 3-5 hours so please plan accordingly.
- Grey Coverage and single-process color appointments last 2-3 hours.
- Cancellations with in 24hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. We reserve a set amount of time dedicated to you and if we are not given enough notice to refill that time then we are left unable to generate income for our stylist and our business.
